Private villa - Located just a 10-15 minute drive to the main beach of Javea the Arenal which is renown for its vast sandy beach and promenade lined with decadent bars and restaurants. The villa also is a short drive (8-10 minute drive) to Granadella pebble beach and the peaceful coves dotted along the coast line of Javea, small supermarket and two local restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Detached villa, set in a large private plot with gates and plenty of shaded parking. The kidney shaped pool is accessed by roman steps and goes from 1 meter in the shallow end to 2 meters in the deep. A summer kitchen with a gas bbq allows you the possibility of cooking alfresco. The villa is spacious with large dining room overlooking the pool area, with Toscan stone pillars and beamed curved coving ceilings adding character and charm to the property. In the separate spacious kitchen all the mod cons of home are there for your holiday to make you feel at home. A separate utility room has washing machine and drying space. Downstairs you will also find a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. On the first floor are the three good size double bedrooms and one en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and one additional family bathroom with shower cubicle. Air conditioning is throughout, radiators in the bedrooms (fireplace cannot be used, this is for decoration only) and Freesat English TV is available in the lounge and in the master bedroom. Fiber optic wifi also available. Note: Winter rental prices are normally for at least 3 months or longer, if you want to rent for 1 or 2 months, please A dog is welcome, but he/she is not allowed on the beds/sofas.
