Overnight visits are allowed but please inform the landlord in advance, you will find the conditions in your contract. ENJOY YOUR STAY WITH US. Check-in: From Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00 (at the landlord's office) Weekends: NOT AVAILABLE (exceptions may apply, please get in touch with the Landlord). Keep in mind that Checking-in out of commercial hours may have an extra cost and will be subject of availability from the Landlord. You must contact the landlord at least 30 minutes before arrival. BEDROOMS: Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit. Agency fees for bedroom is 195 EUR (1 person) --- 275 EUR (2 persons). Rooms with couples allowed: €100 supplement per month. WHOLE APARTMENTS: Agency fees for Studio or Apartment is 847 EUR. Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month.
