On one side of the room, there is a queen size bed next to wide clouded windows. At the foot of the bed, there is a custom built dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. A large wooden shelf separates the bedroom from the rest of the space. The large bathroom has its own room, and is tiled with complete mastery throughout the walk in shower. The rest of the space benefits from the exposed brick wall and high ceilings, common to El Born. The sunlight streaming through the French balcony windows keeps the grassland plants alive. The sitting area has a couch, chairs, and a full entertainment system, perfect for hosting. The table top comfortably sits four and has abstract plate decorations on the wall behind it. Ubrique features a modern kitchen which is fully equipped.
