We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This unique 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Madrid mixes modern dark finishings and unique design. Walk into the 70 square meter flat to find a long dining table adjacent to the living room with a couch. Glass doors divide the living area with the patio. The indoor patio is fitted with a private office as well as chill out area which doubles as a convertible double bed. The space is adorned with white draping along the windows. The patio leads to a long terrace which has an outside dining area at one end and a lounge area at the other. The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The terrace is accessible from the bedroom as well. The bathroom comes with full shower and fresh towels. The kitchen down the hall from the living room is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and appliances. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment.
