Es un espacio muy grande, como dos pisos en uno: hay 2 cocinas, 2 salones, 2 baños, una terraza perfecta para relajarse y 6 habitaciones, una para cada persona. Los inquilinos son todos chicos/chicas de entre 22 y 28 años. Se requiere un anticipo de 70€/mes para las facturas, con liquidación final en función del consumo. Para reservas que finalicen antes de finales de agosto, hay un incremento de 70€/mes en la tarifa. Los servicios incluyen electricidad, gas y una señora de la limpieza una vez a la semana. It is a very large space, as if it were two apartments in one: there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace perfect for relaxing, and 6 rooms, one for each person. The tenants are all boys/girls between 22 and 28 years old. A €70/month advance payment for bills is required, with final balance based on consumption. For reservations ending before the end of August, there is a 70€/month increase on the fee. Services include electricity, gas and a cleaning lady once a week.
