The neighbourhood is surrounded by green areas and parks where you can practice sport or just walk and relax. It is directly connected to Madrid downtown by train in only 20 minutes. We are a family with two kids 12 and 13 years old.. Since 2016, we have hosted 7 international students, nost of them from USA. Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
