Conditions (general):
Rooms:
Agency fees 195 EUR (1 person) --- 275 EUR (2 people).
Couples: allowed in double rooms (with some exceptions) and studios/apartments
Rooms with couples allowed: €100 supplement per month
Deposit: 500 EUR
Minimum stay 1 month.
Expenses included up to a limit of 50 EUR per person
Cleaning service included weekly for common areas and biweekly for the rooms.
Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit.
Whole apartments:
Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month
Deposit of one month's rent.
Agency fee 847 EUR.
Minimum stay 1 month.
Monthly cleaning service included.
Final cleaning service not included, deducted from the deposit 100 EUR (per study), 150 EUR (2 rooms) 200 EUR (3 rooms).
Check-in/out info:
From Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 18:00 (at the landlord's office)
Weekends: NOT AVAILABLE (exceptions may apply, please get in touch with the LL).
You must contact the landlord at least 30 minutes before arrival
Out of hours check-in:
