The apartment and rooms are fully designed and stylishly furnished by our team of interior designers. We only accept medium-long term stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Under no circumstances do we accept tourist stays. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours immediately after confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 1500 that will be returned at the end of the contract, discounting 400 as a non-refundable service fee. The tenant must sign the contract no later than 48 hours immediately after paying the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as you want. The administrative fee for each extension is 60. If this room is suitable for couples, the applicable monthly rent for couples is 980. You can get your registration on this property. Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided.
