Spanning 67 square meters, Scala features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy queen size bed. One of the bedrooms is thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workstation, providing a quiet space for work or study. The other bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, offering an added level of privacy and convenience. Apart from the ensuite bathroom, this apartment features a second detached bathroom equipped with high-quality fixtures and amenities. The living room in Scala is a stylish and comfortable space where you can unwind and relax. The beautifully tiled floors and sandy color scheme add to the beach-house feel of the apartment.
