Hello, I am looking for a flatmate. As you see is very bright and is newly renovated, is very well connected by bus to the university campus (more info on the website of "transport rober"). The center is only about 10 or 15 minutes walk . Community fee it's included in the price. Water, electricity and internet bill will be shared (around 35 euros).
