Private single room in a flat in Barcelona to rent. Our apartment is located in Zona Franca area, just 3 minutes from Spain Plaza. The apartment is located in a very quiet area close to several shops, supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, such as IKEA and Carrefour, and interesting tourism places. There are fantastic transports links, like underground and buses. The rooms have a single bed, wardrobe, desk and window. The flat has an elevator, heating, internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room, an entrance and a terrace with a majestic view of the city. We are looking for a tidy, peaceful, responsible and nonsmoking person. The total price is 300€ per month all expenses include with a safety deposit of one month rent.
