My name is Jordi Groeneveld, 28 years old, I´m half spanish and half dutch. I rent 1 room in my flat, right in the centre of Barcelona. It´s almost like having your own holiday appartement, with all the comfort you need, real good location, big jacuzzi-bath, internet acces, TV Sat., fully equiped kitchen etc., but in comparison it´s much more economic! It´s a very nice flat, all recently reformed, fully equiped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, american style kitchen, living room and separate room for washing machine. It´s situated right in the centre of the city and all the facilities and ´hot-spots´ at walking distance, such as the famous ´Ramblas´, shopping area, bars&restaurants, and for example the harbour and beach.
