Hello, The flat is near Pedralbes, Diagonal, has two big comercial centres "La illa" and "El Corte Ingles" 5 min by foot. There are two cinemas and a big gym 2 min by foot. The supermarket is in front of the flat. Really good neiverghood, frendly and quiet with some coffes and restaurants. The flat has two terrace, one for the room, and an other in living room. Ther room has an ensuite, don't share the bathroom with the other flatmates. The other flatmates are professional, we are looking for someone professional or studying a master, responsable, quite, clean and tidy.
