1 room room of 19 m² in Barcelona

Hello! I'm renting a double room in a 3 bedroom attic. Spacious and furnished room: double bed, closet and nightstand, in a comfortable, well equiped and also furnished attic with amazing views. The price is 290€/month + bills (electricity, gas, water & internet 100mb - more or less 30€- 40€/month) 200 euros needed like a deposit. Nice and quiet building with few neighbors. Very well located and connected 5 minutes walk from Metro L4 ( Connected to Barcelona's beachs circuit) and L5 ( Connected to Barcelona's main train station) and bus stops. Some supermarkets like DIA, LIDL, BON AREA, SORLI are very close. Im looking for someone responsable, sociable and outgoing. We'll be only 2 people living in the flat.
