It has a full kitchen and bathroom to share with one other person. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, air conditioning, central heating and wifi. It is located in a quiet street but very well communicated, it has 4 metro stops around and bus stops as well. We are looking to rent for a 20+ man that is clean and organized. Also that likes to have good vibes and socialize with the other tenants. It will be available from the 8th of December. We are looking forward to rent for long stays. We ask for a security deposit of one month.
