The Eixample is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Barcelona, located at the center of the city and from a walking distance of many insteresting buildings, museums, attractions, boutiques and the main boulevards (Passeig de Gracia, Gran Via, Diagonal). You can go walking to the beach (20 min) or by metro (10 min), The connections to all the city and the airport are really good. The building is classified as “finca regia” (royal), it´s located at 5 minutes walking to hospital clinic metro station and surrounded by all shops you may need. 2 complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room and WIFI internet. You are welcome to enjoy all common areas, including the kitchen. At the bedroom you can find 1 comfortable bed, 2 little sidetables, clothes closet and enough space for 2 persons. It´s facing to the patio and it has been recently renovated, so almost new. One of the bathrooms is for your private use.
