1 room room of 15 m² in Alicante

Greetings rooms seekers, We have a spacious apartment (4th floor) in front of the harbor, near the new bus station. There are 3 rooms available. The 4th one is being rented by a quiet south Korean student. Although the apt. is a bit old, the location, the square meters (130 m2), the terrace and the quietness make up for it. I have lived here since summer and am moving out with my girlfriend hence this ad (the owner is a nice Spanish lady who lives in the other end of the city). The 3 rooms available vary in size and the prices per month are: 160: single size bed and window to quiet inside building patio. With a closet. 190: firm comfortable queen size bed with window to building patio also. With big closet and drawers. 200: very spacious room with window to the terrace. Has a queen bed, big closet and a table. Utilities are not included. There is internet and phone line in the house. You can opt for them by adding 15 euros to your room bill. Electricity, water and gas are about 20 more per month if you are reasonable in the usage. Aside from the rooms there is a hall, a living room with a TV, sofas and big table and a nice terrace from which you can slightly see the sea. Then two bathrooms and a spacious albeit old kitchen. Attached to the kitchen there is small terrace with the laundry machine. If you wish to visit call us. The rooms will be available in January. The neighborhood has shops, food stores, banks and all in walkable distance. And nicest of all near the harbor and the beautiful 'explanada' with its gorgeous ficus trees. Minimum 3 months stay.
