Hi! I'm a responsible and respectful 25-year-old student and I want to find a new flatmate for the academic year, boy or girl, for a very bright double room, as well as the rest of the flat, with a double size mattress of 135cm. perfectly connected with less than 2 minutes walk from the bus stop to universities (20 min away in total) and less than 10 minutes from the tram. 20-25 min away from the beach using tram and from the center of the city by feet. Many amenities, flat completely furnished with supermarkets between 50m and 250m (Mercadona, LIDL, consum, DIA). Apartment in very good condition with ADSL internet included in the price. I look forward to living preferably from September or the 1st of October 2018 for the entire academic year until 30th June 2019.
