1 room room of 17 m² in Salamanca

I rent this flat during the summer. It has three bedrooms, and I rent two of them (anyway the other one is empty too). Each room coasts 200€ (everything is included in the price). The flat is in good conditions, it is very clean, and the kitchen and the bathroom are absolutely new. The bedrooms have got a 90-cm bed, and both of them have got a desk. One of them has got a balcony. It is placed in a really nice area (Van Dyck)and it is near to the city center.
