1 room room of 44 m² in Valencia

Hi! We are Sara and Carlos. We are students of UV and we are living toghether in a big flat with 4 rooms. We would like to share it with another couple or with any person interested in, preferible of English language to practice it!! We offer an exchange of cultures and language in a relaxing atmosphere. The best of all is that we have a metro stop (Nou d'octubre) just in front of the main door (30 seconds to get there), and it takes only ten minutes to arrive to Faculties (Blasco Ibañez- University of Valencia). The river is fantastic to go by bike (I go everyday an it takes 20 minutes). Just behind the building there is the Parque de Cabecera, a beautiful and relaxing parc to take a walk. Carrefour supermarket is 4 minutes far, and Mercadona and Consum too. This is great neighborhood, with a primary school in front, fact that gives many ''life'' during the day, and plenty of bars and restaurants to go out.
