It’s a rooftop duplex with a 30sqm terrace where you can enjoy Valencia’s sun. Just one minute away from “Nou d’octubre” subway, and 2 minutes walking to the old river bed parks. It 's located in the fifth and last floor of a new building. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It has WIFI. I live in the apartment and it's to share only with me. Your room has a big double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, book shelves and a big window. There are two bathrooms so you can have your own. The kitchen is fully equipped and has washing machine, dishwasher and expresso machine... I am from Valencia and if you want to improve your Spanish, I will be happy to speak only Spanish to you.
