Rent a room in Valencia

The flat is located just two minutes walking to UV and very close to UPV too.The neighbourhood is very good and it has all kind of shops, bars ... There´s a Supermarket just opposite the flat. The flat is all renovated, it has got 3 bedrooms. We are looking for a female. We are two female, a German one and a Spanish one. The flat is very bright and cozy. The bedroom I rent is fully furnished with bed linen (sheets and blankets) rooms a desk and wardrove. You will also have your own bathroom. The kitchen has washing machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The living room is big, bright and really nice. Erasmus students are really welcome.!! Price includes all bills. The whole apartment is furnished with TV and WIFI included. The monthly price is 350 euros will all bills included (electricity, water, WIFI, neighbourhood bills)
