Rent a room in Mutxamel

Shared flat. Looking for someone calm, no smoking, who doesn't like partying, respectful, not too chatty. Ideally a woman of over 40. No parties allowed. No smokers. Very calm area, 10 min by car from the beach, 20 min away from the city centre and 25 min away from the airport. You need a car, although there is a public bus available. Nice area for walking in the mountains. Small grocery store, restaurants and chemist at 10 min walking. No pets allowed. Small contract to be signed. The room will be emptied of everything you see in the photo except the bed, shelves and table.
