light room for rent in a big and nice sunny house in castilleja de guzmán (7 km from sevilla). there are two bathrooms (one of them for your exclusive use), kitchen, living room, terrace, etc. the price is 240€ per month, bills included, except electricity/gas. i'm looking for clean and nice people, non smoking from 25-35 years old. i'm 30 years it professional. i have internet (wireless) connection, lcd tv and satellite. good communications with the city by bus, it takes about 15 minutes to the city centre (plaza de armas station).
