This 2 bedroom 2 bath flat, located in Sant Gervasy, has a sleek decor with unique hand-made wooden details. The modern kitchen comes with a bar looking onto the dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. Black shelving divides the dining area in two separate areas, with a private office fitted with a hand-made desk. The salon features a round dining table next to the sofa and lounge area. The living area leads to an outdoor terrace fitted with a small lounge area with two chairs and black lantern details to create an oasis-like atmosphere. Past the living room, find a private alcove, divided by the custom-made black shelving, fitted with a hand-made office space and desk. The first bedroom has a queen-sized beds and a small hand-made wooden table built into the corner. The second bedroom, also fitted with a queen-sized bed, has access to the outdoor terrace which stretches across to the living room. Both bedrooms come with soft sheets and ample storage space. Across the bedrooms, find a walk-in closet for extra storage space. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom.
