Newly refurbished and renovated apartment of approximately 50 square meters close to Sants. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one single , one bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The single bedroom has a folding bed, and also has a desk so makes it easy for remote workers. Located in a very local neighbourhood within 10 minutes connected to the centre. Closest metro station: Badal or Plaça de Sants. Very cosy atmosphere, with vaulted ceilings.Utilities (electricity and water) are NOT INCLUDED in the rent of the flat. Wifi is included.A minimum consumption fee of 140€ per month will be charged.At the end of the stay, we will check the bills and if there is excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
