The space is some 18 square meters and the patio outside is some 10. You can also enjoy the terrace for your private use, some 150 square meters more for you. The house offers a super comfortable bed-sofa that is made up of real mattresses of 80*90 each: all in all you will sleep in a 160*90 double bed. And a private toilet with shower is featured as well. IMPORTANT NOTE: There is NO PROPER KITCHEN AVAILABLE but you can count on: a private fridge, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, plates, cutlery, so that you can prepare basic meals and breakfast. Or you can count on the smashing offer of the many restaurants in Genova, that you can reach by a pleasant walking through the residential streets of the village.
