Please arrange this between 8pm and 11pm, as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to €150 per reservation.The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for each of the bills. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is €60, the tenant must pay €10 when the claim is made.Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
