RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- Landlord's Other Fee: 18% of the total rental value (amount of 1 month calculated in the Rent Summary as "Other". The total amount of the full stay will be charged at the move-in date)

The bedroom is of a comfortable size, fitted with a wardrobe, nightstand, a desk and a single bed. The room is furnished and decorated with all the necessary things to make your stay in Barcelona as easy and comfortable as possible. Also, right next to the bedroom, there's a nicely structured bathroom. //

Before confirming your reservation, we will need to know:

- Age and studies.
- Place where you study or where you work or do internships (name and address of that enterprise) //

Moreover, The apartment counts with a total of two bathrooms, washing machine and laundry basket. The living room is large and spacious, with a large flat tv, two comfy sofas, and a dinning table, which can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition, the living room has access to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. This apartment makes you feel at home with its comfy and homey feeling. //

Also, this shared family apartment is right in the centre of Barcelona in the Eixample district, which is a short walking distance from the iconic Sagrada Familia. Thanks to the great location, you'll be able to easily access the many famous parts of Barcelona, such as: Plaça Catalunya and Casa Battló. Lastly, there are many shops and restaurants nearby the apartment, as well as bus stops and metro stations. //
