This is our own home, please treat it with care like it was yours :) Neighbourhood: We are in a quiet residential area of Rota. You can easily walk to several restaurants and beach bars. On a windy day, you'll find plenty of people practicing windsurf, kitesurf and sailing on the beach. You will be able to rent out tennis/padel courts in the Hotel Playa de la Luz nearby, as well as several sports centers and gyms. There are hospitals and multiple services in town too (massage, physio, dentist, etc.) Getting around: There is public transportation nearby, a taxi stop, bicycle lane (and rentals). It's very easy to walk everywhere too. 20 mins walk into the old town. There is a parking space in the building you can use, and free parking on the street. Other important notes: Following our condo rules, any renter will have to sign an annex document directly with us.
