Our 100m2 comfortable apartment features 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another one with twin beds that can be made as a double and the third one with a trundle bed. 2 fully equipped bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and another one with a custom shower, a complete and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room and a washroom with a washing machine and a sink. Additionally the apartment features another room next to the living room room with a desk which might serve as a study or working area and a small dressing room with two big wardrobes. All the bedrooms have a sea view and face a big balcony with a seating area which is accessible both from the double bedded room and the living room. The kitchen has a window overlooking a second balcony/terrace with a tall fence to guarantee privacy overlooking the rear side of the building (the terrace is also an open space that provides natural light to the kitchen, washing room and the living room which also receives natural light from the windows facing the balcony)*Late check-in fee after 21 hs of 30 euros and after midnight of 60 euros.Please, note that utility bills are included but limited to 150 EUR per month to avoid excessive use.
