Spanning 73 square meters, Olivo presents a spacious layout that maximizes both comfort and functionality. The bedroom boasts a cozy queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Barcelona's many attractions. The decor shelf filled with dried plants and prairie living era items, along with the hanging lamps, gives the space a grassland feel. Olivo also features one well-appointed bathroom that provides convenience and privacy to get ready for your day. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is the heart of the apartment, exuding a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sitting area invites you to unwind and relax, while the entertainment system offers hours of enjoyment and relaxation. From the living room, step out onto the charming terrace, where you'll find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable lounging area. It's the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee, indulge in a delicious meal, or simply bask in the Mediterranean sun. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, and the counter-top doubles as a dining table, providing a delightful space for enjoying your culinary creations.
