We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Where luminance meets design, Nubian is one of a kind. This 76-square-meter home rests in the Dreta de l'Eixample neighborhood, rich with fine cuisine and international shops. Step inside this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home to discover high-end desert aesthetics. From Nubian’s very entrance, natural light pours in from the french doors leading to a Juliet balcony. A custom accent wall draws on mystic shapes used in the desert design. The space veers to the right with the four-person dining set sitting adjacent to the living space. Nubian then leads to a galley-style kitchen. Marble backsplash, modern appliances, and cookware make the space feel regal. A two-person breakfast bar completes the kitchen. Further down the hallway, a dedicated workstation sits in front of Nubian’s first bedroom. The space offers a cozy daybed under two-toned textured walls. The next right leads to the detached bathroom. Honeycomb slate tiles cover the floor and carry into the all-glass shower. Nubian concludes with the second bedroom at the end of the hall. Backlighting and design combine to create a custom-made headboard framing the queen-size bed.
