This incredible one-bedroom in the heart of The Born is truly unique. The apartment is completely renovated and boasts sophisticated finishings with recessed lighting throughout so you can set your personal vibe at any time. Upon entering the flat, you'll step into a gorgeously modern kitchen outfitted with marble countertops and wood cabinetry. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and essentials as well as a quaint dining area for a morning espresso or hosting guests for tapas and drinks. Next, the living area is designed to meet all of your personal and work-from-home needs. You'll find a custom-designed office with retractable walls to allow for as much privacy as you need. When it's time to relax, you can lounge on a brand new designer sofa and even put your feet up for some entertainment with the large flat-screen TV. Feel like relaxing outdoors? This apartment also has a little private balcony to take in the sights and sounds of the old city of Barcelona. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample closet space for all of your storage needs, and the bathroom comes fully equipped with a spa-like rain shower head and black marble countertops for a truly elegant feel. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The plants are live and fresh, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to *Wecannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description).
