The apartment is recently renovated and all furniture is new with industrial finishings for a contemporary interior design that is both unique and stylish. The flat also boasts a beautiful 25 m² private terrace flanked by tropical plants and cactuses where guests can work, dine, and relax outdoors. The terrace has a tented lounge area with hanging lamps and comfortable couches to take in Barcelona's enchanting night sky. As you enter the apartment you will find a newly renovated kitchen fully stocked with essentials and fitted with all modern appliances. The living room boasts 5 meter high ceilings and a 70-inch flat-screen TV to help you unwind and relax. There are two custom-mounted wall fans and an air conditioner to keep you cool in the warmer months. Take the flight of stairs above the kitchen to find an open bedroom with a plush queen size bed and ample closet space. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV and includes both indoor and outdoor work areas to meet all your work from home needs. The plants are live and fresh, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer for your full convenience.
