Tenants are permitted to have one guest per month who can sleep in their room for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights, provided all roommates agree. If a guest wishes to stay for more than 2 consecutive nights, each additional night will incur a cost of €20, and the tenant must still obtain the consent of their roommates.
