Inspired by the different colors and textures found in the mountain, Lescun is a 75 square meters unique property of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This apartment sits in the beloved L’Esquerra de l’Eixample neighborhood. Inviting guests to try the many famed tapas bars or gaze up at the modernist building, L’Esquerra de l'Eixample’s reputation precedes itself. After a stroll through the streets of Barcelona, there's nothing better than relaxing at home. Feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom paradise with 2 queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom has access to the external balcony, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. The second bedroom is decorated in accordance with the mountain theme. There’s no worry about not being able to sleep at night during the warmer months because Lescun comes with air conditioning. The detached bathroom has classic Catalan tiled floors and a walk-in shower. The living room has a full entertainment system and light that streams in from the outside. Feel like relaxing outdoors? Lescun has a cozy private balcony to take in the sights and sounds of La Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample. The dining area transports you to the mountain wilderness with its exposed brick walls and plants implanted into the wooden beams. The fully furnished kitchen is sleek and stylish with modern finishings and a chic tiled floor.
