Laurel is a serene 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unique property with an uncommon 125 square meters spread inspired by grassland. This home rests in the heart of the Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighborhood. Known for its traditional charm, this neighborhood boasts an array of artisanal shops, local eats, and cozy residential streets. When the day is finished, come home to Laurel for absolute indulgence. Not only does Laurel feature 3 bedrooms, there are also 2 bathrooms. All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a door that opens up to a small outdoor area. Both queen size bedrooms are complete with air conditioning for maximum comfort during the hot Barcelona summers. The third bedroom has a single bed and a dedicated workstation. The detached bathroom is chic in its grassland design. The large living room has a full entertainment system and has many wooden touches, plants, and abstract wall decorations to help bring the space together. The eating area sits adjacent to the living room with a large rustic table that comfortably seats four. Laurel also features a modern kitchen which is fully equipped and even has a countertop, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat.
