We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Kita is an 85 square meters, 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Madrid's Justicia neighborhood. The minimalist design is unique in its use of dried plants throughout the space. Enter Kita and find the kitchen which is fully equipped with all cooking appliances and utensils. The area before the living room is fitted with a bench and large wood dining table. The living room, which looks onto the streets of Madrid, has a lounge area with a comfortable couch and ample storage space. The dedicated work area has a custom built desk lining the entire wall. The use of a bright burgundy adds a warmth to the entire space. The bedroom designed in earth tones and shades of green is fitted with a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description).
