Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Barcelona

IMPORTANT: An admin fee is requested from the Accommodation Provider and is 16 percent PLUS IVA of the contract value. NOTE that in the confirmation request the values indicated are for 2, 4, and 6 months. If you booked for more months the value will be higher.

1.-Check-in takes place at our office. (Carrer Viladomat 89, Etlo. 3)
2.- You must call 30 minutes before arrival so that someone is waiting for you.
3.- Pets are NOT allowed
4.- A passport photo is required before the arrival of the main guest and the ONLY person who can pick up the keys. Minors are not allowed to sign or take responsibility for the apartment.
5.- It is not allowed for more people to stay in the apartment than those indicated in the reservation..
8.-Check-in policy:
After 15:00, as a general rule.
Monday to Friday: 3:00 pm. - 6:30 p.m.: Free
6:30 pm. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
