Note the smallest bedroom does not have AC, but this is really not needed.On the 1st floor you have the 4th bedroom which has good size, a bathroom, a open dressing and sitting area and a smaller terrace.There is a small supermarket and a few beachside reataurants in walking distance.From the airport of Malaga it is a distance of 40km.In just 10 minutes driving you are in the heart of Marbella with its lovely old center, the streched boulevard where you can have a nice walk and the numerous excellent restaurants and bars.Also the famous and vibrant harbour of Puerto Banus is just 15 minutes away.For your shopping there are many supermarkets within 10 minutes driving and there is a german bakery in El Rosario where you get lovely fresh bread and more even open on sundays.For the big shopping there is a huge shopping mall called 'La Canada' at the exit of Ojen before Marbella.There you have a big Al Campo hypermarket with lots of fresh food and everything you need in general.
