There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, and modern powerful ceiling ventilators in both bedrooms. To the left of the entrance is the separate kitchen, equipped with a cooker and oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility room with a washing machine and additional storage space. For added convenience, there is also a guest toilet located next to the entrance.
