The flat is in an ideal location for your stay on the island, it is located in the historic centre of Ibiza, full of supermarkets, shops, bars, ATMs and is about 200 meters from the taxi station and ferry departures even to Formentera. It is rented to people with a job or demonstrable solvency. To move in for the entire winter season, 3 monthly payments are required: 1 month’s rent + 1 month deposit + 1 month agency fee (+ VAT) + €120 final cleaning fee.
