The flat is in an ideal location for your stay on the island, it is located in the historic centre of Ibiza, full of supermarkets, shops, bars, ATMs and is about 200 meters from the taxi station and ferry departures even to Formentera. It is rented to people with a job or demonstrable solvency. To move in for individual months, you must pay 1 month’s rent + €100 for utilities + €120 for final cleaning + €1,000 legal deposit. To move in for the entire winter season, you must pay 3 months’ worth: 1 month rent + 1 month deposit + 1 month agency fee (+ VAT).
