Ciutadella park is just a 5 minute walk and also UPC naval university is very close. The flat is luminous and also very quiet, the neighbours are very quiet aswell and very respectful. The flat is fully equipped and has two electric fun installed on the ceiling, central gas heating and there is a projector that runs with the wifi.
