Look around and you’ll see the marks of famous street artists such as Space Invader.Before you decide to enjoy this unit, please take note of the following:- From 20:00 - 22:00 h, it is possible to check-in with an additional cost of 65 euros; from 22:00 - 00:00 h, an additional cost of 85 euros would be due, provided upon request.- It is necessary to fill out and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.- No parties are allowed. In the event where a neighbor complains or submits proofs that a party is on-going in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damages, the cost of repairing/replacing damaged items will be claimed.
