The apartment comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, a table with chairs, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove and washing machine. The apartment had been recently refurbished and is highly functional, characterized by smooth hardwood floors and a tasteful violet color scheme. A spacious and sunny terrace with wooden tables and benches offers the perfect place to relax under the Barcelona sun and enjoy a breakfast with views of the neighborhood. The studio is located in the Born district, the accommodation is a short walk from several major tourist attractions, such as the Museo de Picasso, the Iglesia de Santa María del Mar, and the Arc de Triomf. El Born district of Barcelona is best known for its maze of winding streets and alleys, its magnificent architecture, and its large variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment is also a few minutes from the Parc de la Ciutadella, perfect for jogging in the morning or a peaceful picnic. GENERAL CONDITIONS: - The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date. * If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day * If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month * Pets are allowed. Price per month: 150€. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine. - The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar). - We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
