As you enter, a long hallway with red brick walls will lead you to a full bathroom with an elegant dark brown and white color scheme, as well as 2 bedrooms one furnished with a large double bed and another with 2 single beds. Further down you will find an L-shaped open kitchen with pretty granite countertops and all the equipment you will need to cook, as well as a nearby dining space with a white table and 4 chairs. From the kitchen, a staircase leads up to a loft with 2 single beds and views down to the stylish living room, furnished with an elegant black couch and decorated with black and white stencil art of Audrey Hepburn and Charlie Chaplin. The apartment also has access to a private balcony and a community terrace, furnished with a cozy wooden table and benches and perfect for having breakfast before heading out into the city. The apartment is located in the El Born area of Barcelona, just steps from the Arc de Triomf, Ciutadella Park, Picasso museum and the gorgeous plazas that this area has to offer. You will be staying on a nice street with several shops and excellent restaurants, including Picnic (famous for its brunch). The Santa Caterina market is also very close if you prefer buying fresh ingredients to prepare at home. During your stay, you will be close to the Jaume I metro station. GENERAL CONDITIONS: - The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date. * If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day * If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month * Pets are allowed. Price per month: onthly: 150€.
