1 room apartment of 40m² in Barcelona

NRA: ESFCNT 2 bedroom apartment in the popular neighborhood of Barceloneta, just 5 minutes from the closest metro station and also 5 minutes walk from the beach. Recently renovated bathroom with shower, it has an open kitchen-living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped including also a new washing machine. The living room has an AC for the hot days which cools down the entire apartment. There is a sofa-bed that can be ideal for short stay of friends also. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has bunk beds. To end your day or enjoy your weekends you can chill at the balcony, which is facing to a quite, green street. This apartment is ideal for students, or young professionals or a couple who come to Barcelona to spend a period of time. Please, note that we charge 16.33% per rented month as an agency fee, to be paid only once on or before the check-in date. Internet included in the rental price, all other bills are to be paid separately ( euros per month). For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract. Those self employed can show their tax d(hidden)ration. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s e - Contract should be fully signed before checking in CHECKIN: Tenants to arrive at our office in Carrer de Llacuna 94 with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. PAYMENT: You have 3 options to pay the balance 1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm) 2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments) 3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
