Ideal para estudiantes y amigos que vienen a pasar una estancia mensual en la ciudad, este piso se compone de 3 habitaciones, una individual y 2 habitaciones dobles. Decorado con tonos cálidos, que se matizan con mucha presencia de madera, el espacio se define por un largo pasillo que dibuja sus formas. Se culmina con el comedor, donde destaca un amplio y cómodo sofá negro, encarado a una TV de pantalla plana sujetada a una pared de piedra, aportando un tono sofisticado. En el comedor, encontramos también una moderna mesa con sillas transparentes. Las habitaciones son funcionales y cómodas. En las habitaciones: sábanas y toallas. En la cocina: utensilios para cocinar, sartenes, vasos y cubertería. Todo el piso tiene WIFI y vistas exteriores a la calle. El apartamento está situado muy cerca del Mercat de Sant Antoni y la estación de metro del mismo nombre, que conecta rápidamente con cualquier rincón de Barcelona. A pocos minutos se encuentran el museo MACBA, la Biblioteca Nacional De Catalunya y gran variedad de fantásticos restaurantes internacionales. ----------------------------------------- Perfect flat in Barcelona. Decorated in warm tones, which are tinged with a lot of wood, the space is defined by a long corridor that draws its forms. It culminates in the dining room, where a large and comfortable black sofa stands out, facing a flat screen TV attached to a stone wall, providing a sophisticated tone. In the dining room, we also find a modern table with transparent chairs. The rooms are functional and comfortable. In the bedrooms: sheets and towels. In the kitchen: cooking utensils, pans, glasses and cutlery. The whole flat has WIFI and exterior views to the street. The flat is located very close to the Mercat de Sant Antoni and the metro station of the same name, which connects quickly to any corner of Barcelona. A few minutes away you will find the MACBA museum, the National Library of Catalonia and a variety of fantastic international restaurants. NORMAS // RULES Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí: 1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva. 2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente. 3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad. 4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza. 5- ✨ Importante: HAY QUE PAGAR UNA TASA ADMINISTRATIVA ANTES DE RECIBIR LAS LLAVES 6- Se admiten mascotas por 15 euros al día o 150 euros al mes. 7- Al realizar el check out, sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en la mesa del comedor del interior, sacar la basura, dejar el apartamento ordenado, CERRAR bien las ventanas y cerrar la puerta al salir. ¿A qué hora llega?
