In addition, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning for your maximum comfort. The building offers a parking space for each apartment and a shared pool for guests to use. *For maximum freshness, this apartment is equipped with a ducted air conditioning system. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *Please note that the building is currently under construction, including the communal areas.
